About the Job

  • Manage the sales pipeline ensuring the pipeline is robust and will meet the targets including accurate and timely reporting of the pipeline and prospects in the pipeline
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for increasing interactive penetration and improving operational economics
  • Lead the sales strategies to penetrate all segments within prescribed territory in middle market
  • Develop linkages with the implementation team to facilitate fast efficient implementations of won business
  • On need basis, can handle the implementation at client's location
  • Mapping of the overall market potential within prescribed territory to determine organizations current market share and market opportunity for cloud based HRMS solution

Ideal Candidate

  • Someone with excellent communication and presentation skills with Strong Corporate / B2B sales exposure would be a good fit for our team.
  • You should have 1 to 4 years business sales experience, structured methodology to account acquisition and personal pipeline management experience including ability to make cold calls on prospects
  • Preference would be given to candidates from biometric + HRMS Solution, IT-based Security Solution (CCTV), IT Sales, POS etc

About the Job

  • Conducting analysis, gathering requirements, and documenting user stories for building and deploying services.
  • Maintaining the product backlog of new business features as well as maintenance and support items.
  • Working closely with the Product Manager to translate roadmaps into user stories that are part of a well-groomed backlog.
  • Understanding all aspects of the HRIS.
  • Understanding the business processes, documenting detailed business requirements, developing functional designs, conducting Gap Analysis, etc. that bring the client and project team to a common understanding of the product and how it will satisfy the business need.
  • Building strong relationships among the business and IT teams, assisting the Product Manager in managing customer expectations and translating needs into business solutions.
  • Operating in an agile team environment and ensuring success of the project by taking ownership of deliverables and performing agile project management, testing, support, training, or other tasks when needed.
  • Serving as a product expert and providing production support issue resolution when needed.
  • Utilizing effective meeting management skills to initiate, develop agenda, conduct, and communicate decisions so that all appropriate parties are kept up-to-date.
  • Maintaining open and constant communication amongst the team, management, and clients regarding project status and sprint outcomes.
  • Promoting a collaborative working relationship with the implementation team and clients.
  • Coordinating the migration of projects into production.
